2021 Salmon Run

The 2021 Rose was fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks, incorporates a healthy combination of Direct Press and Saignee method source juice, and did not go through any Malolactic fermentation.

Aromatics of strawberry parfait, cotton candy, and ripe melon.  Background notes of cut grass transfer in and out, depending on the wine’s interaction with oxygen.  There is an elegant delicateness on the palate that is unique to this vintage, which expresses itself in the form of bright cherry, strawberry, and bubble gum.  The finish carries a healthy shot of acidity but still maintains length and softness.
