2021 Rattler Rock

Red licorice, vanilla wafer, ripe plum, and strawberry Bon Bon are all present on the nose. The palate pushes dark cherry, cassis, and blackberry pie. This wine is well balanced, a touch fuller bodied, and tannin guides the palate seamlessly front to back. The finish invites acidity, cohesive oak, and sweet fruit together to linger.
