2021 Burning Man Petite Sirah

90% Petite Sirah, 6% Syrah, 4% Zinfandel

We scoured the coast of California looking for the just the right vineyards for our 2021 Burning Man blend.  We settled on 3 distinguished Appellations – Dry Creek Valley, Mendocino, and a touch of the Santa Cruz Mountains, composing an intriguing blend of complex and delicious flavors.

The 2021 is bursting blue fruit – blueberry and blackberry, with auxiliary aromatic notes of cherry cola and cocoa nibs. Petite Sirah is a naturally a heavier bodied wine due to the inherit tannin, but this expression lands on the lighter side of medium, with palate notes of woodsmoke, a ton of dark chocolate, and more yummy blue fruit.  Warm chocolate, toasty vanilla, and ripe fruit round out the finish.
