Made with fruit from one of the most exclusive and coveted vineyards in the world, the 2020 Osprey is quintessential Napa Valley Cabernet. The nose provokes big ripe fruit, dark chocolate, cedar box, and black current preserve. Tannins on the palate are dark, smooth, and tastes a bit like warm melted chocolate. The finish pushes nice acidity, oak dust, and wild blueberry. Decanting this wine for an hour prior to drinking will increase palate softness and open up aromatics. Drink now through 2042.
