2019 Burning Man Petite Sirah

The 2019 Burning Man is a beautiful expression of an ever so slightly blended Petite Sirah.  Usually, this wine is 100% Petite Sirah, but we thought it would be fun this year to throw in a few extra goodies to give it a bit more complexity.  The nose still screams Burning Man, with blueberry, black licorice, chocolate, and coffee grounds abound.  The palate softens, and the smooth tannins inherent in Syrah show a bit, along with the inherent fruit typical of Zinfandel.  The wine finishes smooth and fruit centric, with blackberry, plum, and soft tannin shining bright but balanced.
