Strawberries and cream, boysenberry, and warm black pepper are all woven together on the nose, creating a very interesting (and delicious) contingent of spicy fruit. The palate exhibits a decent amount of weight, but the brighter strawberry notes push forward to create a medium-bodied, balanced palate. This wine finishes quite elegantly, with integrated acidity yet opulent fruit and spice notes dancing hand in hand to create a warm, lengthy finish.
